Senior Reward Manager (Lead role)

This is a Lead Reward role opportunity with accountability for the full remit of Reward, Compensation and Benefits, reporting directly to the CPO, whilst working directly to support the CEO and Exec.
In the last 18 months the People function has developed significantly under the leadership of a new CPO, and therefore this offers the successful candidate the opportunity to continue to ‘build’ the Reward/C&B strategy from an early foundation. The business continues to grow at a pace with a current colleague group of c.1500FTE.
We’re looking for a Reward/C&B specialist with experience of working within the financial services sector, who can ideally evidence similar experience of developing a total reward proposition.
