Senior Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Partner

We’re looking for an experienced Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Specialist with experience of partnering at Exec level to craft and lead their internal communications and engagement strategy and roadmap. You’ll also make it happen; creating and publishing all internal communications from the CEO – from business critical messaging, to celebrating business and employee successes, and leading a calendar of engaging leadership events.
If you can demonstrate career success in a similar role working in harmony with marketing and external communications colleagues within a cross-functional, complex and international environment, we’d love to hear from you. You may have a greater depth of knowledge and experience in either area but you’ll certainly be able to demonstrate achievements to date in both, and be keen to strengthen your combined expertise.
This role can be based from their offices in London or M4 West – with travel expectations of c.1-2 days per week to either location. With a flexible working culture, you’ll be agile to managing your diary to reflect business demands combined with the opportunity to work remotely/from home.
