We are looking for a talented, strategic Senior HRBP with sound commercial acumen and a proven track record in challenging and driving business performance, within a highly commercial and fast paced blue-chip environment.
This role will see you reporting into a Head of HR and therefore you will be currently operating at Snr HRBP and looking for a trajectory to the next step in your career.
As Snr HRBP you will create and deliver the people strategy within your customer group, whilst effectively driving organisational initiatives and core programmes. You will draw from your experience in; driving high performance, talent management and development, and organisational development and effectiveness. In collaboration with your specialist partners from their respective established centres of excellence, you are able to draw upon their subject matter expertise, enabling you to truly influence and add significant value to your business area.
You will be adept at operating within the leadership space, and demonstrate not just a commercial understanding - but a depth of business understanding that places you as a credible 'business' partner. Your personal development will have offered you the chance to drive major organisational change and transformation and given you a strong breadth of HR experience from within a complex, blue-chip organisation. Typically, you will be calibrated as talent/high-potential, demonstrating a progressive career to date and be keen to continue your career at a similar pace. Experience of operating within Retail or Digital would be a distinct advantage.
