Partnering with the International VP of S&M you will act as a confidant and sounding board to both him and the wider Senior Leadership Team. The HR model is hybrid and matrix with global CoE's and local teams, therefore you will offer a broad generalist toolkit across Talent Management, Diversity, Performance Management and Change Management and be comfortable operating in both a tactical and strategic setting.
We welcome applications from all sectors although are particularly interested in those who have experience of working within a large US Corporate, multi-national or sales focused organisation.
This is a FTC of 12 months to cover a period of maternity leave. We are working to an ideal start date of early May to achieve a strong handover and therefore ask that you advise of your availability when applying.
