This is a newly created role and an opportunity for a proactive HR professional that can demonstrate their knowledge and expertise of operating as an innovative and creative HRBP.
With a relatively new HR leader embarking on a new HR strategy, this is a timely chapter to join the team and make an impact. Working across a number of key projects will help you partner the leadership and management cohort to drive both people and business performance. Coaching will be a key feature in this role, but to drive and effect change, an ability to be directive as required will also be imperative. There is an early talent and development agenda, but much to do across the HR landscape, and you will be empowered to manage your own time and priorities with your customer group acorss Bristol and London (circa two days a week in London).
Whilst we are not looking for specific sector exposure, experience of working within an FMCG / Retail/ Sales / Product led environment would be highly beneficial. Familiarity with the pace and agility required to operate successfully within these industries will offer an easy transition.
