Rewarding Futures

Head of Employee Engagement & Experience

Type: Permanent
Location: M4 Corridor/Wiltshire
Ref No: J10456

We’re looking for an Employee Engagement/Experience architect with a compelling story of success within a global organisation.  A natural innovator, to lead the global employee experience strategy for our client that strives to create a people experience that differentiates them - and one that is as transformative as their product and consumer experience.

Experiencing transformative organisational change and development, it’s a critical time to invest and engage with colleagues, and provide valuable data and insights to the HRLT, Exec, and Board, to clearly articulate the current landscape.  Considering this, you will craft, implement and measure strategies aligned to their values, philosophy and culture to foster success for existing colleagues and leaders, and attract and engage new talent.

As brand guardian for their global engagement and communications strategy, you will lead the team to roll out all activities across multimedia.  Working in partnership with multiple stakeholders across their complex matrix to ensure this cascades through all touch points that influence the employee experience.  This will draw upon your ability as a strategic collaborator; coaching, facilitating and influencing the senior leadership cohort and their respective teams.  Experience of working in-house combined with consulting would be a distinct advantage here.

Striving to always find a better way, you’ll be immersed in an environment built upon creativity and innovation, and this can drive a high level of ambiguity and a fast pace for change.  You’re intellectual capability to quickly identify and solve complex problems combined with a  commercial acumen to translate business aspirations into pragmatic interventions will be crucial for success.  It’s certainly going to demand you to ‘sweep and soar’ – influence at the highest level as a strategic partner and swiftly move into operational mode to develop and execute plans.

As agents of change, they will continue to forge their own path, forever ambitious.  It’s a journey you’ll relish to be a part of.
